The 2011 conference of the National Association for Media Literacy Education Registration will be held in Philadelphia, July 22-25 and will include over 150 sessions and workshops, screenings, and youth-produced video. Keynote speakers include Douglas Rushkoff, noted scholar and author of the book, Program or Be Programmed, Mohammed Bilal, Executive Producer of Media for One Economy Corporation, and Madeline Di Nonno, Executive Director of the Geena Davis Institute.
